Strong hands on experience with any of the IAM products from Novell, CA, Sun, Oracle
Responsible to monitor and manage client Identity & Access Management infrastructure
Strong experience in Linux Redhat, Sun Solaris
Strong experience in Microsoft Windows server 2003/2008, active directory, exchange, DNS, SMTP, SNMP
Certification on any Identity and access Management product from Novell, CA, Sun, Oracle is highly preferred
Certification on any RHCE, MCSE, NCLE (SUSE certification), Sun certified system administrator/other equivalent certifications on operating systems is highly preferred
Responsible to troubleshoot and resolve complex application problems
Responsible to analyze and diagnosis application failures
Responsible to schedule and execute regular system management activities, including user creation, backup, recovery, archiving, and restoration, system reboot.
Experience in UNIX shell scripting (Bash, Korn, etc)
Experience in configuring and supporting Apache and Tomcat.
Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Java based applications
Should be able to work in 24/7 operations.
Experience to have a regular calls with Client
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
